MapSorix Innovations Inc. ("MapSorix," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit this website (mapsorix.com) or use our services.

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services:

• Information you give us: Your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your timeline, and your message, when you send our contact form or support form
• Technical Information: IP address, browser type, and device information, recorded automatically by our hosting provider when you load a page
• Project Information: Details you share during consultations and project engagements
• Business contact information: We sometimes find local businesses through public sources such as Google Maps listings. We record their publicly listed details (business name, address, phone number, website, and public rating) and review their public website, so that we can contact them about our services

We do NOT use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this website.

Cookies and Browser Storage

The public pages of this website do not set cookies.

Specifically, we do NOT use:

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Marketing or advertising cookies
• Social media tracking pixels
• Third-party tracking scripts

There are a few places where a third-party service is involved:

• Digital business cards and staff sign-in: Our digital business card pages (addresses beginning mapsorix.com/card/) and our staff sign-in area use Google Firebase, which may store a small amount of technical data in your browser so that the feature works. It is not used for advertising or to track you across websites.
• Forms: Our contact and support forms are delivered through Formspree, which may apply its own spam-protection measures when a form is sent.
• Fonts: Our support page loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when you open that page.

If we add analytics or tracking in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we hold solely for:

• Responding to your inquiries and providing customer support
• Communicating about project engagements and deliverables
• Sending project updates and service-related communications

If you contact us through a form, we use your details to reply to you. We will NOT send you marketing communications unless you explicitly opt in to receive them.

If we contact your business using publicly listed details, the message identifies MapSorix and tells you how to opt out. Reply asking us to stop and we will not contact you again.

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Period.

We only share information with:

• Formspree: Delivers contact and support form submissions to us
• Google (Firebase and Google Fonts): Hosts this website, stores digital business card details, and serves fonts on our support page
• Email and invoicing providers: To reply to your inquiries and, for clients, to send invoices
• Legal Authorities: If required by law or to protect our legal rights

These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We use them only for the purposes described in this policy.

Where Your Information Is Processed

MapSorix operates in Canada. Some of the service providers listed above, including Formspree and Google, process and store information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States.

While your information is in another country, it is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities there. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:

• Contact Form Submissions: Stored for up to 2 years or until request is resolved
• Project Files and Communications: Retained for the project duration plus 1 year
• Email Communications: Standard business record retention (typically 7 years)

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us, subject to legal obligations requiring us to retain certain records.

Data Security

We protect your personal information with measures that include:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS) on every page and every form submission
• Access to personal information limited to the people who need it
• Sign-in protection on the internal systems where we keep client records
